New, high-efficiency welding robots:

We have been closely associated with robot welding technology for two decades now. As early as 1988, we offered - the first company in Vorarlberg to do so - a fully automatic unit.

Our newest welding robots can cut, tack and weld production runs as small as 5 pieces completely "human-free". This guarantees constant quality combined with high cost-effectiveness.

Each robot cell is fitted with two asynchronously operating welding and cutting robots. These are fitted with the latest pulse-arc technology, tool-change systems, proximity tracking system with touch and light pulse sensors as well as tactile measurement rods.

The robot unit is programmed using dialogue boxes to input parameters and calling up pre-installed sub-programmes.

Computer operations are automated at the software level.
